Norfolk Crush, a state-of-the-art soybean crushing plant in Madison County near Norfolk, NE, is now operational, providing area farmers with expanded market opportunities. Since beginning operations in Fall 2024, the plant has been crushing over 3 million bushels of soybeans a month. It has also created 50-60 high-quality jobs, offering career opportunities that help meet the rising global demand for protein and oil in the feed, food, and fuel industries.
