Norfolk Crush: Elevating Agriculture in Northeast Nebraska for Global Impact

Norfolk Crush, a state-of-the-art soybean crushing plant in Madison County near Norfolk, NE, is now operational, providing area farmers with expanded market opportunities. The facility plays a key role in supplying products for the rapidly growing renewable diesel sector and other national and global markets.

This value-added project strengthens northeast Nebraska’s agricultural sector, supporting farmers, ranchers, and feeders in their mission to feed and fuel the world.

Since beginning operations in Fall 2024, the plant has been crushing over 3 million bushels of soybeans a month. It has also created 50-60 high-quality jobs, offering career opportunities that help meet the rising global demand for protein and oil in the feed, food, and fuel industries.

With cutting-edge technology, improved logistics, and enhanced efficiencies, Norfolk Crush is helping to position northeast Nebraska, Madison County, and surrounding areas as a central hub in the global food and fuel supply chain.
